Dispo Bingo Rules:

  • Eligibility: M420 Dispo Bingo is open to all individuals aged 18+ that shop at participating Highway Dispo locations.
  • Entry to the Game: To enter the game, participant must make a qualifying purchase to obtain game pieces, as well as, obtaining a game board pamphlet for 100 M420 credits from qualifying Highway Dispo locations.
  • Liability: The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in connection with the game.
  • Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved by the game official, whose decision will be final.
  • Modification/Cancellation: The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the game at any time without prior notice.
  • By making a game piece qualifying purchase & entering the game, participants agree to abide by these rules & regulations.

Gameplay:

  • The game is played by obtaining Dispo Bingo Game Pieces and strategically placing them on 1 of 6 Game Boards obtained through the Game Board Pamphlet to make a Line or 4 Corner Mark.
  • The Prizes for Winning Marks are printed by each of the Game Boards on the Game Board Pamphlet.
  • Any Game Piece, Instant Win Piece, or Game Board that is mutilated, altered, or tampered with in any way will be invalid.

Claiming A Prize:

  • Claiming A Prize: Winner must present their instant win piece, bingo line, or bingo 4 corners within the time period specified at the point of purchase.
  • The winning participant must provide a valid ID to claim their prize.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, & subject to availability.

Prizes:

  • The prizes will be various products available at the time & location of the game. The available products will be announced before the game begins. Equivalent replacements will be made if intended products are out.
  • If the chosen winning product is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, the winner will be given the option to chose another product from the list.

If a winning Electronic prize is not in stock at the participating M420 location that the prize was redeemed, the store has 5 business days to get the prize on site or the customer will receive $100 store credit for every week that the customer is not made whole.
